We have a dealer's license however we don't operate like a dealer, we work for the car buyer just like a real estate broker would work for a home buyer. Our job is take away the burden of the car buying process while saving our clients time, effort and money. Consumers throughout North America have engaged our services to help them buy their new or used vehicles. Insurance companies also use our services when determining the settlement value of vehicles that are deemed a total loss.

Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
We help our clients solve some of the more challenging day to day events they will face. We are looking for someone that is passionate about helping others.
The successful candidate will operate across our three divisions:
- Auto Claim Helpers – as an expert in total loss insurance claims, our mission is to help the public ensure they are getting a fair settlement value from their insurance company when their vehicle is deemed a total loss
- Auto Brokering – we are a solution for those that hate car shopping. We are a licensed dealer, however we don’t operate like a dealer, we work on behalf of the public to source vehicles and negotiate the best price we can on their behalf. Think of us like a real estate agent for car buyers and sellers
- Transition Squad – we do online auctions and estate sales to help seniors downsize and work with families settling an estate.
We are seeking an analytical, multi-tasking problem solver to be the initial point of contact, present our offerings and manage certain aspects of our clients’ projects.
For inquiries for Auto Claim Helpers, you will:
- Review the clients’ situation
- Guide them through the process
- Conduct an initial review of their insurer’s settlement offer
- Organize our own research with our analysts
- Review and verify the analysts’ research and present the findings to the client
- In the event of dispute from the insurance company, you will liaise with their appraisers to review our findings (once you have sufficient experience, until then you will hand off to an internal expert)
For inquiries for Auto Brokering, you will:
- Review the clients’ needs
- Guide them through the process
- Source vehicles and negotiate prices
- Market vehicles for sale on various websites
- Meet with potential buyers to show vehicles we have for sale
- Manage your clients’ inventory
- Handle paperwork and administration
For inquiries for Transition Squad, you will:
- Review the clients’ needs
- Guide them through the process
- Coordinate the tiers of service they want
- Connect them with local project managers to handle the execution
- Provide technical support to clients who want to run their own auctions on our site
- Deal with buyer client concerns
Both during and after your training is complete, you will be allowed to work remotely whenever possible but required to come in whenever a client needs to drop off or pick up a vehicle from our lot, and to coordinate work done on a vehicle, as well as to store/retrieve paperwork for dockets. You will be measured on response time as well as successful closing ratios.
